Job Description:
  • Build and manage rich, sharable content to build our brand and attract a qualified audience including both a broadened customer base and the right kind of technical employee.
  • Manage social media channels to grow exposure and gain new leads and prospects. Increase conversions. Develop and execute strategies for the various social media platforms. Engage and retain followers, convert them into leads, customers, fans and promoters of our Company.
  • Manage and update website with new and/or improved content. Convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Manage SEO program. Work with external SEO partner to generate quality content around key, relevant terms. Improve organic search results. Stay informed on latest SEO trends and changes to major search engines.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns. Develop content, work with external partner to execute campaigns. Grow email list organically. Track campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, and social media channels.
  • Stay current with new ways to engage prospects. Identify new social networks and channels to reach our target buyer with a focus on developing OEM / repeat customers.
  • Track, measure and analyze marketing initiatives. Refine our processes. Optimize strategies.
  • Maintain and report on KPIs and social media ROI.
  • Customer interaction:
    1. Open new quotes and jobs.
    2. Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes and closed jobs.
    3. Garner testimonials from satisfied customers.
    4. Engage in initial contact with incoming warm leads.

Requirements:
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
  • One or more years marketing experience especially in running social media campaigns.
  • One or more years of experience in website enhancements.
  • Proficient in analytics, search rankings, keyword tools, and optimization factors with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Understand how to build and convert a digital audience for a technical service provider.
  • Computer skills including Window based programs including Microsoft office 365, Weebly and Made2Manage ERP system a plus.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, manufacturing processes and techniques (forming, machining, welding, assembly/test, inspection) used in the manufacture of fabricated metal parts is beneficial.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and sense of urgency.
