Congressman Lipinski visits Meyer Tool

U.S. Rep. Daniel Lipinski visited Meyer Tool on Monday, April 11. During a question-and-answer session, he responded to questions about the federal budget and Superconducting Radio Frequency (SCRF) industrialization. On his Facebook page, Rep. Lipinski describes Meyer Tool & Mfg., Inc. as "a remarkable woman-owned small business in Oak Lawn that manufactures custom-built equipment used in particle accelerators at Fermilab, Argonne National Laboratory and elsewhere, as well as in advanced industrial settings. Innovative companies like Meyer are showing that American manufacturers can compete with any in the world. It was great meeting everyone at Meyer, including President Eileen Cunningham – [companies like Meyer] represent the backbone of American manufacturing."
