As part of our machining team, you'll manufacture precision components that meet demanding customer specifications while working alongside experienced machinists, engineers, inspectors, and fabricators.

Responsibilities include:
  • Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment
  • Produce high-quality, tight-tolerance parts
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Read blueprints and verify dimensions
  • Monitor machine performance and identify tooling or quality concerns
  • Replace cutting tools and inserts as required
  • Deburr and clean finished components
  • Complete production and inspection documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
  • Assist with material movement and other production activities
  • Run multiple machines when appropriate
  • Work closely with Engineering and Quality to solve manufacturing challenges​​

As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to learn machine setup, advanced machining techniques, programming using Fusion 360, and process improvement, while working side by side with industry experts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Reliable attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
  • Efficiently read and write in English


Preferred:
  • CNC machining or manufacturing experience
  • Blueprint reading including GD&T
  • Experience with mills or lathes
  • Manual machining experience
  • Setup experience
  • Fusion 360 experience
