That’s why every summer we like to show our employees how much we appreciate all they do to help Meyer Tool succeed, with a surprise ice cream day. We can’t do it alone. we need the help of our expert-employees to continue building the impossible for prestigious customers who change the world with their scientific research and cutting-edge products.
“Our strength is in our people” is one of our biggest core values. At Meyer Tool we believe its more It’s more important than anything to facilitate a friendly, fun and supportive culture as they work through the types of challenges often seen in prototype development. To cultivate that type of environment, hosting an ice cream truck isn’t the only thing we do; every year we host employee picnics, summer barbecues, holiday parties and bring your kids to work day, and on Aug. 26th the entire company will be attending a Windy City Thunderbolts baseball game.
Being a family owned and operated business, we cherish building relationships with our partners and employees. We realize the importance of days like these in bringing our family closer together. During a time when employees switch jobs more than ever before, Meyer Tool is proud to be the type of company where employees can enjoy growing their knowledge and career. Having employees at 10, 20, and 30 years of service isn’t just a goal of ours, but something we have accomplished.
